The global aviation logistics specialist, Menzies, is expanding its services across its German network following three contract wins and renewals. The company originally began operations in Germany in March 2017, providing passenger handling services at Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt and Dusseldorf.
In Hamburg, Menzies will handle an additional two daily flights to Friedrichshafen for Sun-Air Scandinavia. It will also also provide ground handling services for the Danish regional airline.
Meanwhile, at Munich International Airport, British Airways CityFlyer has awarded Menzies a contract for passenger handling services for its three daily services to London City Airport.
Finally at Frankfurt Airport, Menzies will provide passenger handling services to Ukraine International Airlines which is increasing its service to Kiev Boryspill Airport to two flights per day during the summer season between March and October.
“It is great to see continued expansion across our European operations, following recent contract wins in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Prague and Amsterdam,” said Jamie Ross, EVP EMEA, Menzies. “Our German team work tirelessly to deliver our customers the premium ground handling service they have come to expect from Menzies, and these contract wins with Sun-Air, BA CityFlyer and Ukraine International Airlines are a testament to their hard work and commitment.”
