Wizz Air is expanding its operations in Ukraine with new routes from Lviv to Munich-Memmingen and from Kiev to Stockholm-Skavsta.
Memmingen, an airport 120 km from Munich, is the third destination to be operated from Lviv, after Dortmund and Venice-Treviso. The new flight will be operated initially twice a week beginning on 18 December.
On the same day, flights will begin from Kiev to Stockholm-Skavsta, with two frequencies a week initially.
“We are certain that these new destinations will be as popular as the flights we are already operating. Munich-Memmingen is welcome news to many Ukrainian families who have connections and relatives in southwest Germany. The Stockholm–Kiev air-bridge will support the fast growing business and leisure passenger flows between these important regions,” commented Dementiev Sergii, managing director of Wizz Air Ukraine.
