Wizz Air is to launch two new routes from Poland; from Warsaw to Madrid and from Gdansk to Barcelona.
The two new routes, which replace current flights to Gothenburg (from Gdansk) and Memmingen (from Katowice), will start on 24 April and initially operate twice a week.
“By making this change in our network, we are reflecting the real needs of our passengers. The numerous feedbacks that we got from the public as well as from the trade indicated that Spain is an increasingly popular market and we believe that now is the right time to act,” remarked György Abrán, chief commercial officer of Wizz Air.
