As part of its 2015 summer schedule, Wizz Air will begin operating twice-weekly flights between Budapest and Maastricht and a weekly service between Budapest and Hurghada on 15 and 16 May respectively.
This follows the carrier introducing a new twice-weekly service to Lisbon from Budapest. Further Wizz Air routes due to commence from Budapest airport include a twice-weekly service to Bologna, starting 5 June; a twice-weekly service to Glasgow, starting 13 June; a twice-weekly service to Alghero, starting 15 June; a daily service to Copenhagen, starting 25 October; and a twice-weekly service to Tenerife South, starting 30 October.
Meanwhile, Wizz Air has also announced extra London Luton flights for the summer. From 19 June through to mid-September, the airline will operate seven additional flights per week (34 total) to Budapest; four additional flights per week (18 total) to Sofia; and three additional flights per week to Burgas (BOJ) from the UK airport.
