WestJet Airlines has opted for myIDTravel, an integrated ID travel management solution for staff travel, from Lufthansa Systems (LSY) to help introduce self-service e-ticketing for flights of staff members on WestJet and other airlines.
myIDTravel is an integrated solution for the efficient management of business and private ID travel. Through e-ticketing, new self-service functions and a high level of automation, LSY says airlines can optimise their ID travel management and reduce costs. myIDTravel also eliminates the need for paper tickets and enables airlines to replace them with electronic ID tickets for their own and even for interline flights.
WestJet already uses Lido/RouteManual navigation charts from Lufthansa Systems.
