Volaris has reported its preliminary traffic results for October 2014 in which the load factor reached 82.0%, an increase of 5.1 percentage points compared with the same period of 2013.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) were up 5.4% at 739 million compared with 701 million in October 2013. Available seat miles (ASMs), however, were cut by 1.2% to 902 million from 913 million.
The rounded figures showed that the number of passengers carried in October 2014 was 777,000, compared with 718,000 last October, an 8.3% increase.
