VivaAerobus has signed with Boxever to use the latter’s Customer Intelligence Cloud to capture, analyse and act upon its customer data.
The Mexican low-fare airline needed a solution that would help advance its customer acquisition and retention initiatives by better understanding its customers’ behaviour across channels and interaction points. The partnership with Boxever supports VivaAerobus with the latest machine learning technology to gain better customer insight and, in turn, significantly improve the travel experience with greater personalisation along the consumer journey.
By using the customer intelligence platform, VivaAerobus believes it can now deliver highly-personalised content and communications to its customers.
