Vistair has announced that its cloud-based “SafetyNet” system has been selected by Peach Aviation for all safety reporting.
The cloud-based “SafetyNet” system, already used by a number of airlines, will be applied to Peach‘s fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft.
Ian Herbert, founding managing director of Vistair, commented, “This is a major breakthrough for Vistair, which has a very strong presence among European and Middle-East Airlines. This is our first win in southeast Asia.”
Vistair staff will now spend training time in Japan, ahead of this contract becoming operational. “We have provided Japanese language capability for Peach‘s use of ‘SafetyNet‘, and they signed the contract in Japanese,” Herbert reported.
