Tiger Airways has selected the Aviation FuelSaver low-cost fuel-performance tracking system from ETS Aviation to drive its fuel efficiency programme.
Linked with ETS Aviation’s own fuel conservation consultancy, Aviation FuelSaver delivers significant cost savings by identifying and recording more efficient ways of operating aircraft.
Stewart Adams, managing director for Tiger Airways Singapore, remarked, “Tiger Airways operates on a low-cost business model that focuses on streamlining operational costs and improving efficiency. Fuel cost is a significant percentage of our operating costs, so we are happy to have our business goals aligned by employing ETS Aviation’s cutting-edge fuel-performance tracking system. We look forward to achieving better fuel management and maximising fuel efficiency and potential cost savings for Tiger Airways.”
David Carlisle, CEO of ETS Aviation Ltd, added, “We designed the programme for all sizes of aircraft operators who want a sophisticated software system that’s easy to use and gives them access to fuel efficiency experts that won’t cost a fortune. We know there is a huge demand for our low-cost approach.”
