StandardAero is now offering engine maintenance alternatives for PW100 turboprop operators via its partnership with Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) and the latter’s PW100SMART solutions.
PW100SMART programmes offer a wide variety of choices for PW100 operators including firm fixed-price overhauls, flat rate exchange programmes, capped costs, life-extension aircraft incentives, fleet enhancement programmes with engine exchange options and modular fleet enhancement programmes to refresh engines, one module at a time. In addition, PW100SMART provides operators with engine health and performance diagnostics and prognostics to provide faster service and programmes designed to improve predictability for overall engine fleet maintenance.
“Our support and promotion of the PW100SMART service offerings reaffirms our partnership with Pratt & Whitney Canada in supporting engine maintenance for PW100 operators globally,” explained Rob Higby, global vice-president of sales and marketing for StandardAero Airlines & Fleets. “PW100SMART offers a wide range of highly customisable options to meet the specific needs of our customers, ensuring the option to extend the life of their engines rather than replace, all at an affordable price.”
PW100SMART service options are available for operators of aircraft including ATR42/72, BAe/ATP, Bombardier Q100/200/300, Dornier 328, Embraer 120 and Fokker 50.
