SINGAPORE 2014: Undisclosed customer signs LoI for up to 12 CRJ900s

Bombardier Aerospace has announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) for the sale of up to 12 CRJ900 NextGen regional jets with a customer that has asked to remain unidentified at present.

“A key factor contributing to our customer's CRJ900 NextGen regional jet selection is the ongoing improvements to the aircraft’s cost efficiency,” remarked said Mike Arcamone, president, Bombardier Commercial Aircraft, adding that recent enhancements have lowered the type’s fuel consumption once more. “We look forward to closing this deal and welcoming yet another customer to the more than 90 that currently operate CRJ Series aircraft around the world in a diverse range of markets."
