SINGAPORE 2012: Embraer Commercial Aviation appoints John Holland Aviation Services as authorized service centre in Australia

Embraer has appointed John Holland Aviation Services (JHAS) as an Embraer Authorized Service Centre (EASC) to provide line and heavy maintenance services for E-Jets from its base in Melbourne.

JHAS is the first aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul services organisation to become an EASC in the Asia-Pacific region.

This agreement reinforces our relationship, and I am certain it will allow us to up the ante in our customer support offerings to our operators, down under,” explained Alex Glock, vice-president, Asia Pacific, Embraer Commercial Aviation.

“It is a great honour to be the first Embraer authorised service centre in the Asia-Pacific region and to join its global services network. We look forward to continue providing only the highest standards of service for Embraer’s fleet of E-Jets in Australia,” said Ian Wolfe, general manager, John Holland Aviation Services.
