Under a new agreement, Saab will issue a Service Bulletin providing for installation of Thomas Global Systems’ TFD-8601 LCD replacement for ageing CRT displays in Saab 340 aircraft.“We are pleased to be working with Saab to extend the benefits of our growing range of drop-in CRT-to-LCD display products to Saab 340 operators,” stated Angus Hutchinson, CEO of Thomas Global Systems. “As the original aircraft manufacturer, Saab has a deep understanding of long-term fleet needs so we are pleased to have Saab’s close cooperation with the integration of this solution.
