Ryanair’s November 2015 load factor reaches 93%

Ryanair carried 7.71 million passengers in November 2015, an increase of 21% in comparison to the 6.35 million carried during November 2014, with the airline’s load factor rising by 5 percentage points from 88% to 93% across the same respective periods.Kenny Jacobs, Ryanair’s chief marketing officer, noted, “These record monthly numbers and load factors are due to our lower fares, our stronger forward bookings and the continuing success of our ‘Always Getting Better’ (AGB) customer experience programme.“Customers can now look forward to more service enhancements, as we continue Year 2 of our AGB programme, which includes our new car hire service, new website, new app, new cabin interiors, new crew uniforms, and improved inflight menus, as Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than just the lowest fares in Europe,” Jacobs concluded.The carrier’s rolling annual traffic to November 2015 also grew by 17% to 99.9 million customers.
