Ryanair to begin at Warsaw Modlin with 8 routes

Ryanair has announced it plans to begin its services from Warsaw Modlin Airport with eight routes, to Brussels, Budapest, Dublin, London, Milan, Oslo, Rome and Stockholm as soon as the airport opens for scheduled services on 16 July 2012.

The airline’s chief executive Michael O’Leary said: “Ryanair’s eight new Warsaw Modlin routes will deliver at least 700,000 passengers a year and sustain 700 local jobs. Now Polish consumers/visitors can beat the recession by switching to Ryanair’s lowest fares and our no fuel surcharge guarantee flights to/from Modlin Airport.”
