Ryanair reports strong February traffic stats

Ryanair has released its passenger and load factor statistics for February 2015, recording a year-on-year growth in traffic of 29% from 4.5 million in February 2014 to 5.8 million in February 2015 and a load factor increase of 11 percentage points from 78% in February 2014 to 89% in February 2015.
The airline states that rolling annual traffic to February grew by 9%.
Ryanair chief marketing officer, Kenny Jacobs, said this was down to “lower fares, our stronger forward booking strategy and the continuing success of our “Always Getting Better” customer programme, which continues to deliver better than expected load factors on our significantly expanded winter schedule”.
