As part of its summer 2017 schedule, Ryanair will operate a twice-weekly route between Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LJLA) and Bari in southern Italy.
Flights will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays, with the first departure taking place on 28 March 2017.
The service will be the North West’s only service to Bari and mark the first time the southern Italian city has been served from Liverpool.
Robin Tudor, LJLA’s head of PR, averred, “This is yet another new route to be served from Liverpool. It comes hot on the heels of Ryanair’s news of flights to Marrakech from here, and gives the region’s travellers an even greater choice of destinations from Liverpool.”
