RAK Airways has partnered with Al Ghurair Exchange, one of the oldest foreign exchange brands in the UAE, to offer customers new and simpler payment options for their ticket purchases.
RAK Airways’ chief executive officer Omar Jahameh explained, “As we are focused on expanding our network we remain determined to follow our successful strategy to deliver outstanding value and service to our valued customers. Offering a wide range of financial services through its network of branches covering major commercial areas across the UAE, we are confident RAK Airways passengers will benefit from Al Ghutair Exchange’s wide reach which will provide them with a convenient, accessible option to pay for their tickets.”
RAK Airways passengers can pay for tickets booked through the airline’s call centre at any Al Ghurair Exchange branch across the UAE. After making a booking through RAK Airways call centre, customers will receive a reservation number. Upon presentation of the reservation number at any Al Ghurair Exchange branch, the customer will be able to pay for the ticket and confirm their booking.
