Pegasus Airlines’ financial results for the first six months of 2015 (1H15) show a sales revenue of TL1,417,042,133, which is a 9% growth on the same period last year, and an operational EBITDAR (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and rent costs) of TL124 million and an asset size of TL3,987,886,391 in the January-June in the first half of this year.
As previously announced, the airline also recorded 10% passenger growth year-over-year, reaching a record 10.17 million passengers carried in 1H15.
During 1H15, Pegasus added London Gatwick, Lyon, Milan Malpensa, Nice, Oslo and Kutaisi to its international destinations and Kastamonu to its domestic network. The carrier now has 91 scheduled destinations in 37 countries comprising of 31 domestic and 60 international destinations.
Having recorded 125,156 block hours with its 64-strong fleet during 1H15, Pegasus also achieved a 78% load factor during this period.
