Pan Am International Flight Academy (PAIFA) has signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Silver Airways to provide qualified pilot applicants to the airline.
As part of the agreement, Silver Airways will receive pilots from the Pan Am Career Pilot Academy, an FAA 141 flight school located in Kissimmee, Florida, that meet the strict hiring criteria of Silver Airways. For those cadets and instructors that meet the standards, they will be given the opportunity to interview with the carrier.
Mark Johnson, executive vice-president and chief compliance officer at Pan Am commented, “This Strategic Alliance between our two companies is a true win–win scenario. Silver Airways now has a new source of qualified and enthusiastic pilots and Pan Am cadets and instructors have the chance for exciting career advancement.”
