Our Airline, the national carrier of Nauru, and Travel Technology Interactive (TTI) have entered into a multi-year contract to provide the airline with Aeropack NG, TTI’s hosted web-based airline inventory, reservations and booking system.
“TTI successfully completed the migration to Aeropack NG and has proven to be a reliable partner whom we can depend on,” said Karam Chand, CEO of Our Airline. “We have chosen TTI as we needed a partner that could support our future plans to be connected to the GDSs.”
Aeropack NG supports the airline’s flight scheduling, inventory management, sales channel management and revenue management. The system also includes an internet booking engine (IBE) which is used to book etickets on Our Airline’s website. Apart from internet sales, the system supports the airline’s call centres and travel agencies around the region.
Grégoire Echalier, TTI’s managing director noted, “We are ramping up our Asia-Pacific presence to cater to the growing number of airline customers in this very important region, and are committed to providing customers with continued excellent customer support.”
Operating under an Australian Air Operators Certificate since 1996 with its head office in Nauru and principle place of business in Brisbane, Our Airline and its predecessor (Air Nauru) have been flying the Central and South Pacific for more than 30 years serving the various communities, businesses and governments for their travel, trade and communication needs. The airline also provides charter capacity to Norfolk Air and Air Kiribati.
