Oman Air is to launch daily flights between the Sultanate’s capital of Muscat and Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates from 2 May using ATR 42s.
Ras Al Khaimah will be Oman Air’s 34th destination worldwide and the third in the UAE, the other two being Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Peter Hill, Oman Air’s chief executive officer, commented, “Ras Al Khaimah is the fourth largest Emirate in the UAE, in terms of area and population, and is a growing leisure destination. Oman Air’s launch into this new destination is sure to open up new markets, both for inbound and outbound travel, and the residents of this beautiful Emirate will now have the opportunity to enjoy the outstanding services of Oman Air.”
