Frontier Airlines has announced its preliminary traffic results for October 2010.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) grew by 4% to 1,019,963,000 from 982,086,000 last October, while capacity increased by 2% to 1,229,260,000 available seat miles (ASMs) from 1,209,372,000.
October’s load factor thus rose by 2 percentage points to 83% compared to 81% in the same month last year, the eighth consecutive record monthly load factor. The airline served 1,210,648 passengers in October, a 4% increase over October 2009’s figure of 1,203,456.
