NokScoot has announced a new service between Bangkok (Don Mueang) and Tianjin (Binhai) which will operate four times a week from 15 January 2016.The flights will be operated with Boeing 777-200s configured for up to 415 passengers with 24 Business Class seats and 391 Economy Class seats.“NokScoot received good customer feedback from our flights to Nanjing and Qingdao. Market research indicates growing demand to China destinations and we are tapping on this demand to grow our network in China,” Piya Yodmani, NokScoot’s CEO. “Our latest destination, Tianjin is a bustling economic powerhouse in northern China with one of the highest per-capita GDPs and great tourism potential. Tianjin boasts an alluring blend of historic European-style architecture and picturesque coastal and mountainous views. We believe this new route will offer excellent travel experience for our customers.“Going forward, NokScoot plans to open up more new destinations in China. We are confident that our direct flight from Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport to these charming destinations would encourage tourism and business exchanges between the two countries,” Piya added.
