bmibaby has appointed Stephen Morrell as its new head of cabin services.
Morrell joins bmibaby from Virgin Atlantic where he worked for thirteen years. He started as cabin crew and was quickly then promoted to become one of the youngest ever flight service managers for the airline.
Morrell will be responsible for bmibaby cabin crew based at the airline’s four UK bases: East Midlands, Manchester, Birmingham and Cardiff. “We want people to continue enjoy flying with bmibaby,” Morrell commented. “We are focussed on offering our customers a fantastic service and an excellent onboard offering. I am looking forward to working with a great team at bmibaby.”
Julian Carr, managing director, bmibaby, noted, “We are delighted to welcome Stephen into our team. Stephen is bringing some great customer service experience with him to bmibaby, and he will be the driving force behind our inflight service focus for 2011.”
