New Eurowings livery makes its debut

The first flight featuring the new Eurowings livery has been completed on an Airbus A320 between Hamburg and Prague, marking another milestone in the implementation of Lufthansa Group’s WINGS concept, which is oriented towards both low-fare short- and long-haul services for leisure travellers.
The newly branded A320 is the first of the type in the Eurowings fleet, with further A320s due to be delivered in the coming weeks to replace 23 existing Bombardier CRJ 900s.
Initially, flights will continue to be operated on behalf of Germanwings under Germanwings flight numbers.
