Firefly is to launch its new automated check-in service for all its domestic and Singapore flights.
The service adopts a “book, print and fly” concept to allow passengers to complete their check-in while they book their flights online.
“I am delighted that Firefly has started offering an automated check-in feature in our booking system. We are the first airline in the nation to offer this feature. It reinforces our commitment to customer service and making Firefly one of the nation’s most efficient and welcoming airline,” CEO Ignatius Ong explained.
Firefly’s automated check-in is designed to help travellers save time. When travellers book their flights, simply click on the check-in option and once booking is completed, their boarding pass will be issued immediately. This feature is available for customers who book tickets 14 days before date of travel.
