SuperJet International’s board of directors has appointed Nazario Cauceglia as the company’s new chief executive officer, succeeding Carlo Logli who took up the role in January 2011.
Cauceglia moves from being chief technical officer of Alenia Aermacchi, (formerly Alenia Aeronautica).
Meanwhile Carmelo Cosentino was re-confirmed as president and chairman of the Board of SuperJet International.
To Carlo Logli SJI’s board conveyed “high appreciation of the worthy efforts spent for the benefit of the company during these past years and for the success achieved within the Sukhoi Superjet 100 programme”.
