Carlo Logli has replaced Alessandro Franzoni as chief executive officer of SuperJet International, the Italian–Russian joint-venture between Alenia Aeronautica (51%) and Sukhoi Holding (49%) responsible for marketing, sales, customisation and delivery of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 in Europe, the Americas, Oceania, Africa and Japan, as well as training and worldwide after-sales support.
Logli was previously senior vice-president – product unit UAV and special airborne systems of Alenia Aeronautica, but he is most known in the commercial aviation industry from his time with ATR where he held several positions, ultimately becoming vice-president – sales Europe and marketing until August 2003. In this capacity, he also served as member of the board of ERA (European Regions Airlines Association).
