Republic Airways Holdings has announced two executive appointments, one in the customer service side of the business and the other in IT.
Jan Fogelberg has been named vice-president of customer experience and technology. This key position aims to ensure that people, processes and technologies deliver a brand promise built on consistency and service excellence. Fogelberg reports to Bryan Bedford, Republic chairman, president and CEO.
“As we harmonise the Frontier and Midwest brands, we will develop many opportunities to improve the customer service experience,” Bedford remarked. “Jan’s role will encompass monitoring customer feedback and industry trends and driving technology initiatives that improve the customer experience by consistently meeting or exceeding our passengers’ expectations and needs. Jan will work closely with the rest of our commercial team in Denver to ensure our employees have the technology tools and training to deliver on our unique brand promise to our customers.”
Republic has named Aaron Workman to the position of vice-president of information technology. He will have responsibility for all shared IT services across the corporate enterprise. Workman will continue to report to Republic executive vice-president and chief financial officer Hal Cooper.
