Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) and airberlin have completed a sale and leaseback contract for three pre-owned Bombardier Q400s.
The aircraft are part of the airberlin group’s sub-fleet of 10 Q400s, all of which are operated by the airline’s co-operation partner Luftfahrtgesellschaft Walter (LGW). The aircraft are used predominantly on German domestic routes as well as on services to the UK, France and Italy.
NAC’s current fleet of more than 160 aircraft includes the largest leased fleet of ATR aircraft, a growing Bombardier Dash 8/Q Series fleet and Boeing 737, Bombardier CRJ200, Fokker 50 and Saab 2000 aircraft.
