Monarch Aircraft Engineering Limited (MAEL) has enhanced its service offering with the launch of an advanced parts locator and RFQ tool on its website.
With a stock portfolio valued at over $100 million, which is located across UK airports, customers will be able to search for components and consumables by part number and/or description 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With up to date, real time information, an instant RFQ can be generated with minimal fuss.
Sales and marketing director for MAEL, Ian Bartholomew, remarked, “We are delighted to be able to provide this free, interactive service which will allow our customers to quickly determine if Monarch can support their AOG spares requirements. This RFQ tool will cut out unnecessary delays in sourcing spares which will ultimately mean their aircraft can return to service quicker.”
