Spirit Airlines and TeamSAI Maintenance & Engineering Solutions have signed a deal for SAI to provide technical services to the airline.
Spirit selected maintenance programmes and reliability analysis, maintenance planning and aircraft records from the company’s menu of technical support programmes.
“Spirit Airlines needed a turnkey solution with robust, but nimble infrastructure that could move quickly,” explained Spirit’s vice-president of technical operations, Joe Meszaro. “M&E solutions continues to impress us with their expertise and flexibility to meet our unique requirements as an ultra-low-cost carrier.”
Meszaro cited the ability to reduce costs, adopt best practices and the flexibility of TeamSAI to tailor programmes to meet customer needs.
