WestJet has launched new daily non-stop service from Calgary International Airport to New York JFK and Prince George, BC, with inaugural flights on each route.
“John F. Kennedy International Airport is the busiest international passenger gateway in the United States and a hub for our US partners, American Airlines and Delta Air Lines,” noted John Weatherill, WestJet's director, network and schedule planning. “With our WestJet code on some 17 flights from JFK, this new daily non-stop service from Calgary offers Canadians low fares and our remarkable guest experience to even more destinations around the world.”
Flights through to 25 October will leave Calgary daily at 10:35, landing at New York JFK at 17:00. In the opposite direction, take off from JFK will be at 17:55 with the flight landing in Calgary at 21:10.
The new Calgary–Prince George service, again through to 25 October, sees flights depart Calgary daily at 22:00, arriving in Prince George at 22:27. From Prince George, flights push back at 06:00 and land in Calgary at 08:27.
