AirAsia is increasing its flight frequency from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Hanoi (HAN) from seven a week to 10 a week.
The new timetable which will begin on 22 January 2013 now has flight AK 1440 departing Kuala Lumpur at 18:30 and arrives in Hanoi at 20:30 every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in addition to the daily flights currently being offered.
AirAsia Berhad commercial director, Jasmine Lee, remarked, “The increase of flight frequency for the Kuala Lumpur–Hanoi route is to provide our guests with further convenience and more choices of flights times to suit their schedule and travel preferences.
“The increased flight frequency also presents enhanced access for business and leisure travellers from Kuala Lumpur to Hanoi and vice-versa especially as it is the second largest city in the country and serves as the main gateway to northern Vietnam. It has the potential to contribute to more growth in economic gains for both cities through healthier commerce and tourism activities.”
