Mokulele Airlines is to expand its interisland service by adding four new routes from 20 October between Kalaeloa (Oahu) and Molokai, Kalaeloa and Kapalua (Maui), Kapalua and Molokai, and Kapalua and Hana (Maui).
On 1 July, Mokulele began service from Kalaeloa Airport, the former Barber's Point Naval Air Base John Rogers Field, to make interisland travel more convenient for residents and visitors on west Oahu. "We have been very gratified by the response to our service between Kalaeloa and Kahului," remarked Mokulele CEO Ron Hansen, "and as a result, we're expanding our service to offer passengers traveling out of west Oahu even more options. We're also very pleased to offer our Kapalua, Molokai and Hana passengers additional choices for their travel needs."
