Air Italy has announced that it plans to increase its focus on its Milan Malpensa hub by adjusting its domestic timetable to provide more connections there.

Publishing its winter 2019/20 flight schedules, the operator stated it plans to station aircraft from its narrow body 737 fleet in domestic outstations overnight to allow for early morning departures to Malpensa. This will allow optimum timings for both travel to the northern Italian economic centre as well as for onward travel connections.

Flights between Malpensa and Rome, Naples, Palermo, Catania, Lamezia Terme and Cagliari will be improved with 122 weekly domestic flights to the Milan hub.
