JetBlue has announced that Marc Esposito has been appointed to oversee the airline’s labour and value relations strategy in the role of vice president of value relations.
Reporting to Mike Elliott, JetBlue’s senior vice president of people, Esposito will begin work immediately. Previously a partner at the law firm FordHarrison, he worked on employee relations matters with numerous airlines and represented all divisions of the industry.
Talking about his new role, Esposito remarked, "I am incredibly excited to join JetBlue, a company with core values centred around the engagement and empowerment of its crewmembers.”
“My job is to provide additional avenues of support for JetBlue crewmembers and crewleaders with the ultimate goal of ensuring they can deliver the premier customer experience that has made JetBlue a standout brand," Esposito concluded.
