Maldivian carrier Villa Air/FlyME has signed a deal with Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey (LTAA) for the latter to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services as well as spare engine support for the airline’s PW127F engines on its two ATR 42-500s.

We have plans to increase our ATR fleet to be able to serve a larger segment of the Maldives aviation market, and a strong continuous alliance with LTAA will be key to our operations," commented Riluwan Shareef, managing director, Villa Air/FlyME.
