flydubai has begun service to its 20th destination with its inaugural flight to Karachi.
“We’re delighted to start flights to Karachi,” proclaimed flydubai CEO, Ghaith Al Ghaith. “It’s a very important route for us and one we’re looking forward to operating successfully for a long time to come.
“flydubai’s aim is to make travel a little less complex, a little less stressful and a little less expensive and thereby encourage more people to travel more often. We are committed to growing the markets we fly to and we have already seen success with this in other markets, including Beirut, which has seen a 33% increase in traffic, Amman which gained a huge 40% increase, and there has been a 22% increase across all Egyptian routes since flydubai started operations last year,” Al Ghaith added.
On the outbound service, flight FZ333 departs Dubai from Sunday to Thursday at 08:15 and arrives in Karachi at 11:25. The return flight, FZ334, leaves at 12:10 and lands in Dubai at 13:20. On Fridays and Saturdays FZ333 will depart Dubai at 11:35 and arrive in Karachi at 14:45. The return then takes off from Karachi 15:30 and arrives in Dubai at 16:40 (All times local).
