John Slattery appointed Embraer Commercial Aviation’s president and CEO

Following the promotion of Paulo Cesar de Souza e Silva to president and CEO of Embraer, John Slattery has been announced as his successor in the role of president and CEO of the company’s commercial aviation business unit.Slattery will begin his new role in July 2016 moving up from his current position as Embraer Commercial Aviation’s CCO which began in November 2012. He joined Embraer in March 2011 as VP customer finance and asset management.Prior to Embraer, Slattery spent 15 years in executive and leadership roles at various aircraft leasing business and financial institutions.
