JetBlue Airways has reported its preliminary traffic results for July 2014 featuring a slight load factor increase.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) were up by 4.3% at 3,673,398,000 from 3,521,806,000 last July. Available seat miles (ASMs) totalled 4,161,374,000, an increase of 3.5% over the July 2013 figure of 4,020,022,000.
The load factor thus rose by 0.7 percentage points to 88.3% from 87.6%. The airline carried 3,089,148 revenue passengers in July, compared with 2,949,580 in the same month last year, a 4.7% increase.
