JetBlue has reported its preliminary passenger traffic results for 2014.
The airline generated 2,734,933,000 revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 7.1% increase over the 2,554,701,000 generated during the same period in 2013. Available seat miles (ASMs) were increased 5.1% to 3,379,997,000 in September from 3,215,281,000 in the same month last year.
The load factor increased by 1.4 percentage points from 79.5% to 80.9%. JetBlue carried 2,358,385 revenue passengers during September, an 8.1% increase on the 2,181,453 compared with September 2013.
