November 2015 saw JetBlue carry 2,879,581 passengers, marking a 13.2% growth year-over-year.
The airline’s load factor has also increased by 2.5 percentage points from 81.4% in November 2014 to 83.9% in November 2015. This is due to a 14.2% increase in revenue passenger miles from 2,977,961 million to 3,399,688,000 against a 10.7% rise in available passenger miles from 3,659,781,000 to 4,052,314 across the same respective periods.
JetBlue's preliminary completion factor for the month was 99.5% and its on-time performance was 83%.The airline's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile (PRASM) for November 2015 increased approximately 2% year-over-year, but for the fourth quarter of 2015, JetBlue expects PRASM to decrease 2% and 3% across the same respective periods due to the timing of year-end holidays.
