JetBlue Airways has announced that flights from New York JFK and Boston to Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands are now available.
Services from New York are scheduled to begin on 17 February 2011, and seasonal, weekly Saturday service is planned to commence on 19 February from Boston Logan.
"JetBlue is proud to add Providenciales to its Caribbean destination options," declared Scott Laurence, JetBlue’s vice-president of network planning.
Services from New York will leave JFK at 09:22 and arrive in to Providenciales at 13:00. The return service departs Providenciales at 14:00 and arrive back in New York at 17:39.
Boston to Providenciales flights will take off at 11:00 and arrive at their Caribbean destination at 14:57. In the opposite direction, flights leave Providenciales at 15:55 and arrive in Boston at 19:47. All times listed are local.
JetBlue intends to operate its Providenciales services with 150-seat Airbus A320s.
