Jeppesen and nasair have reached a new five-year service agreement to include electronic flight bag (EFB), digital tailored navigation data and flight planning services.
Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro EFB services will be integrated by nasair on iPads to help eliminate paper-based flight information for airline operations and increase situational awareness in flight by providing essential data-driven, real time flight data on screen, displayed per the preferences of nasair pilots.
“Digital solutions from Jeppesen will provide the structure needed for integrating essential flight data in a format that is easily accessible and interactive in real time on iPad,” noted Mansoor Alharbi executive director, nasair flight operations. “In addition to FliteDeck Pro services and navigation data, Jeppesen flight planning tools will simplify complex process and further optimize our operations.”
nasair operates more than 950 commercial flights per week to multiple domestic and international destinations.
