InteliSys Aviation Systems and Jazz Aviation have announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI) for the former to provide its ameliaRES software solution to support the ground handling services Jazz offers to airline operators across Canada.
The ameliaRES system is a passenger service system complete with reservation, flight, fare, and inventory management. Jazz will utilise the system's internal departure control system (DCS) to enhance further its ground handling service delivery to current and future customers.
"The ameliaRES software solution will enable Jazz to provide our customers with a much more efficient service while reducing their costs," explained Franco Giampa, vice-president, airports and system operations control, Jazz. "Our operational expertise combined with new competitive collective agreement wages and working rules allow us to deliver high quality ground handling services at industry leading rates."
As part of its diverse revenue streams, Jazz's team of highly skilled and experienced professionals is deployed across many Canadian airports and delivers a full range of customised airport services.
