Interjet to implement Altéa Reservation system

In a bid to extend its reach to new markets and grow its international customer base, Interjet has signed a full content agreement with Amadeus to deploy the latter’s Altéa Reservation system.As a result, Interjet’s complete inventory will be bookable through all Amadeus points of sale around the world including travel agents and corporate customers. The Altéa Reservation IT platform for booking and electronic ticketing will allow the airline to meet the needs of the travel agency booking flow, enjoy greater efficiency in operations and connect to other airlines.“We are delighted to confirm this agreement. We are convinced that Amadeus technology will allow us to increase our operative efficiency and make our services available for more users around the world at the same time as we consolidate our growth in both, national and international markets,” noted José Luis Garza, Interjet’s CEO.
