Great Lakes Aviation has reported it preliminary passenger traffic results for the month of October 2013.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) totalled 11,177,000, compared with 14,654,000 in October 2012, a 23.7% decrease. Available seat miles (ASMs) were cut by 20.3% to 26,959,000 from 33,817,000 for the respective months.
The load factor thus fell, by 1.8 percentage points, to 41.5% from 43.3%. The company carried 39,161 passengers during October, a drop of 16.2% from last October’s figure of 46,730.
