Great Lakes announces April 2013 traffic figures

Great Lakes Aviation has reported its preliminary passenger traffic results for the month of April 2013.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) totalled 10,694,000, a 23.5% decrease compared with April 2012’s 13,984,000. Available seat miles (ASMs) were cut by 11.8% to 29,108,000 from 33,020,000 for the respective months.
The load factor therefore decreased by 5.7 percentage points to 36.7% from last April’s 42.4%. The airline carried 36,275 passengers in April 2013, down 16.1% from the 43,224 passengers in April 2012.
